General objective
Strengthen the administrative /
institutional capacity of the Ministry of Environment, Waters and Forests
and subordinate structures by developing systems and standards that optimize
the process of public policies in the field of biodiversity protection, by
implementing the Nagoya Protocol and developing the necessary guidelines for
the unitary development at national level of the appropriate evaluation
procedure, in accordance with the SSPA (Strategy for Strengthening the
Public Administration 2014-2020).
Specific objectives
1. Development of the methods necessary to optimize the decision-making
process at the level of the Ministry of Environment, Waters and Forests, of
the National Agency for Environmental Protection, of the Administration of
the Danube Delta Biosphere Reserve and of the subordinated local public
authorities in order to improve the public policies in the field of
biodiversity, by elaborating the guidelines necessary to unitary progress at
the national level of the appropriate evaluation procedure.
2. Development of the methods necessary to optimize the decision-making
process at the level of the Ministry of Environment, Waters and Forests, of
the National Agency for Environmental Protection and of the subordinate
local public authorities, in order to improve the public policies in the
field of biodiversity, by implementing in the national legislation of the
Nagoya Protocol.
